Requesting Your High School Transcript

If you need an official transcript sent to a college/university, please email Ms. Desiree Alaimo and click on email: DAlaimo8@schools.nyc.gov 

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Year of Graduation
  • Where the transcript should be forwarded to?
